To be completely honest, I never had a bock before I made this, and I’ve never actually had a Sam Adams chocolate bock. But I’ve heard really good things about them from several people, and decided to make my own Chocolate Bock. It’s a mix of recipes I found online, beer software, and some of my own inspiration.
